Working at Height Regulations
New regulations put the legal onus of your window cleaner
on you as the controller of the works. That means if your window
cleaner should fall from ladders and injures themselves, then you
may be liable for damages. Guttervax is fully height
regulation compliant. We work from the ground meaning that
there is virtually no risk of injury to us or others.
We can carry out one off cleans or provide a regular schedule and
cater for anything from a bungalow to a block of flats for both
commercial and residential clients.
Traditional window cleaners do not clean frames so on your first
clean, your operator will make sure this is done for your too. Their
aim is to remove as much dirt trapped in the seals of your UPVC as
possible. The frames may never have been cleaned so will notice a
significant improvement in the overall look of your windows by the
time this is done.
